Our Compensation

Bray & Associates recommends the insurance plans and wealth management programs that best fit the needs of each of our clients. In order to make impartial decisions in the selection of providers, we do not use compensation or incentive practices that favor the selection of any particular company. Clients can be assured that we are working for their benefit, not the benefit of the insurance companies, and that the choices they are offered will result in the most informed decisions and the best possible outcomes for their business.

Bray & Associates receives compensation from the insurance carriers and third-party providers we work with and through administrative fees paid by our clients. Commission fees are set with each carrier and are written into the rates the carriers quote, whether a broker is used or not. Brokers and agents are not paid higher or lower commission levels based on the number of clients placed with any single carrier. Our financial incentive is based on cultivating long-term, recurring business relationships with our current clients and using our proven reputation for high levels of service to attract new clients.
